OUR PRICING

We offer free no obligation quotes and estimates for all our work, and are happy to discuss any fee or pricing arrangement with you to ensure that we can meet your needs.

Fixed

A fixed price

We offer fixed price quotes for all of our work. Once we have a clear understanding of what you need we provide a written quote itemising the work that we will undertake and the cost of that work.

This way there are no surprises and you can put our costs into your budget.

Hourly

An hourly rate

If the work you need done is hard to define or the scale of work can't be determined we will provide a range of hourly rates for the different activities that are required and then only charge for the actual amount of work done.

This is useful for starting complicated jobs or for jobs that may be able to be finished quite simply once they get underway.

Percentage

A percentage

A percentage of the construction cost can be used to determine the fee payable. This allows work to get underway quickly before a project budget has been set, and allows the cost of the design work to be fixed relative to the scale of the project underway. Generally the bigger the project the lower the percentage.

Roy has over 35 years of design, build construction and development experience based on a background in professional Civil Engineering.

He has worked for large multidisciplinary consultancies and been involved in a wide range of major projects as well as owning his own businesses for the last 20 years with a focus on personal involvement in achieving the goals of his clients.

Roy's companies focus on "turnkey" design and construction - specialising in residential development. We have experience and expertise covering a wide range of housing types including affordable housing, assisted care facilities ranging from elder care to full medical care facilities based on a full service development model including design, development, construction, operations and support.

We embrace and encourage responsible design and construction philosophies including effective use of space and materials, passive solar design, energy efficient design and construction, solar power and renewable power sources, efficient use of potable water and recycled greywater.
